Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Life Asia/Group Asia developer with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the Life Asia/Group Asia platform.

You will design, implement, test and integrate changes, resolve incidents, and contribute to delivery excellence while maintaining coding standards. Candidates should hold a degree in computer science or information technology and bring good interpersonal and communication skills, plus a basic understanding of the insurance domain.

The incumbent is to support core insurance system –Life Asia/Group Asia

Responsibilities

• Design, build, integrate and test new changes in Life Asia/Group Asia application.
• Provide solutions and design for Life Asia/Group Asia application to achieve delivery excellence.
• Complete the assigned development tasks on time with high quality. Adhering to application development standards and release management procedures
• Provide first level support to incidents reportedby application users and resolve them within defined SLA.
• Analyze root cause, assess impact and provide solution and recovery including program fixes and data correction.
• Provide data extraction and query reporting services.
• Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing with peers regularly.

At least three years’ experience on Life Asia/Group Asia as a developer.

Qualification/Experience –Essential

• A recognized degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.

Desirable

• Good understanding insurance domain would be advantage.
• Insurance certifications like ‘III’or LOMA.
