Job summary

People Prime Worldwide is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro expert in a hybrid role. The candidate will manage SAM activities, ensure license reconciliation and compliance, and support audits.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills are essential, with exposure to major vendor licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware). Hybrid work includes one day per week in the office, with preferred locations in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, or Gurugram, and willingness to work US shift timings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is mandatory.
• Experience in creating ELP (Effective License Position) and SLC (software licensing).
• Strong experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with license reconciliation, compliance and audit support.
• Good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Exposure to vendor licensing (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware).
• Certifications are not mandatory (good to have).
• Candidates should be open to hybrid work (one day WFO per week).
• Preferred locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Gurugram.
