Job summary

AceStack is seeking a Software License Management (SAM) Specialist for a contract role in Hyderabad. You will apply your expertise in SAM, licensing models, entitlements, deployment reconciliation, and ELP to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAM tools (ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti), strong analytics, and the ability to manage licenses across vendors, renewals, and subscriptions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software License Management (SAM).
• Knowledge of software licensing models and vendor agreements.
• Experience performing license entitlement and deployment reconciliation.
• Ability to establish Effective License Position (ELP) and compliance status.
• Experience with software inventory, metering, and optimization.
• Knowledge of software audit management and compliance enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with leading SAM tools (ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Snow, Ivanti).
• Understanding of software contracts, renewals, maintenance agreements, and subscriptions.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in software cost optimization and license utilization analysis.
