Job summary

Teciem is seeking a strategic Skills & Capability Transformation Lead in Bengaluru to shape the future workforce capability agenda. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, workforce planning, capability development, and technology transformation to drive scalable solutions that boost organizational performance.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, SMEs, Talent Acquisition, and HR to prioritize capabilities, inform build/buy/borrow decisions, and ensure readiness for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in capability development, workforce transformation, learning, talent, or skills strategy.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-wide capability initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience within technology, consulting, financial services, or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Teciem’s enterprise skills and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Build skills intelligence frameworks using data to identify capability gaps and risks.
• Translate priorities into workforce readiness plans and roadmaps.

• Define and measure capability outcomes, adoption, and business impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Strategic HR & Business Partnering, the Skills & Capability Transformation Lead will shape Teciem’s future workforce capability agenda.

Working at the intersection of business strategy, workforce planning, capability development, and technology transformation, you will help identify the skills and capabilities needed for future success, ensuring our workforce remains competitive, agile, and ready for growth.

You will partner with senior leaders, SMEs, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to define capability priorities, inform build-buy-borrow talent decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that improve organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Strategy & Workforce Capability

• Develop and evolve Teciem’s enterprise skills and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Build skills intelligence frameworks using workforce, market, and business data to identify capability gaps and future talent risks.
• Translate strategic priorities into workforce readiness plans and capability roadmaps.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on build, buy, and borrow capability decisions.
• Use workforce insights and market trends to inform investment and capability priorities.

Capability Development & Learning

• Design and deliver scalable capability solutions across technical, commercial, and leadership disciplines.
• Create capability pathways and development experiences that accelerate workforce readiness and business performance.
• Build and nurture communities of practice that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Define and measure capability outcomes, adoption, and business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Transformation

• Partner with senior leaders, technical experts, Sales Enablement, and HR teams to drive capability initiatives.
• Facilitate workforce and capability planning discussions with commercial insight and data-driven recommendations.
• Communicate priorities, recommendations, and trade-offs effectively across stakeholders.

Future Skills, AI & Technology

• Champion the practical application of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to strengthen organisational capability.
• Lead capability initiatives aligned to Cloud, Data, AI, and technology transformation priorities.
• Translate technology and market trends into future workforce capability strategies.
• Develop future-ready capability programmes in partnership with business and technical leaders.

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for a commercially minded capability professional who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

You will bring:

• Experience in capability development, workforce transformation, learning, talent, or skills strategy.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-wide capability initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience within technology, consulting, financial services, or professional services environments.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform workforce decisions.
• Knowledge of skills frameworks, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging workforce trends.
• Experience supporting Cloud, Data, Digital, AI, or Sales Enablement programmes would be advantageous.
