Job summary

Teciem is building a data-driven people analytics function in Bengaluru. As People Insights Lead, you will translate workforce questions into analytics, work with HR and Finance to empower strategic decision-making, and shape talent insight across the organisation.

You’ll develop dashboards and executive reports, foster data storytelling, and help leaders turn data into measurable business impact through AI-inspired insights and robust data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, business intelligence or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
• Experience creating dashboards, reporting and strategic workforce insight.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect people data to business outcomes.

People Insights Lead

The opportunity

At Teciem, we’re building a high-performing, growth-oriented organisation. As our People Insights Lead, you’ll play a critical role in helping leaders make better decisions about talent, workforce planning, organisation design, performance and capability. This isn’t a reporting role. We’re looking for someone who can turn data into insight, insight into action and action into business impact. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance and business leaders to identify workforce trends, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and provide evidence-based recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
