Job summary

Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Skill Development to independently manage skill development projects from centre setup to mobilisation, training, assessment, certification and placement.

The candidate must have hands‑on experience with government‑funded or CSR‑funded large scale projects and take ownership of targets, quality, timelines and outcomes. Willingness to travel and lead multi‑centre operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Skill Development, Vocational Training, Livelihood or Employment‑linked Training projects.
• Hands‑on experience in centre setup, mobilisation, training operations and placement.
• Experience with PMKVY, DDU‑GKY, State Skill Missions, CSR Skill Development or similar programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Skill Development projects.
• Identify, evaluate and facilitate setup of Training Centres as per guidelines.
• Ensure infrastructure, classrooms, labs, equipment, branding, documentation and compliance.
• Plan and execute candidate mobilisation, counselling, screening and enrolment to achieve targets.
• Build and manage mobilisation teams and local networks with stakeholders.
• Recruit trainers and project staff as per requirements.
• Prepare batch plans and ensure timely batch commencement.
• Monitor training quality, attendance, curriculum delivery, practical sessions and MIS.
• Ensure project SOPs, guidelines, audit documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate assessments and certification of trainees.
• Develop employer relationships and ensure placement and post‑placement tracking.
• Organise job fairs, placement drives and employer engagement.
• Manage Training Centre performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor targets through MIS and achieve KPIs within timelines.
• Coordinate with management, clients, government departments and CSR partners.

Job Overview

Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Skill Development who can independently manage skill development projects from centre setup to mobilisation, training, assessment, certification and placement.

The candidate must have hands‑on experience in managing government‑funded, CSR‑funded or large‑scale skill development/livelihood projects and should be capable of taking complete ownership of targets, quality, timelines and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Skill Development projects.
• Identify, evaluate and facilitate setup of Training Centres as per project guidelines.
• Ensure infrastructure, classrooms, labs, equipment, branding, documentation and statutory/project compliances are completed on time.
• Plan and execute candidate mobilisation, counselling, screening and enrolment to achieve assigned targets.
• Build and manage mobilisation teams and local networks including colleges, institutions, NGOs, community organisations and other stakeholders.
• Recruit/coordinate qualified and certified trainers and project staff as per applicable requirements.
• Prepare batch plans and ensure timely batch commencement.
• Monitor training quality, attendance, curriculum delivery, practical sessions, documentation and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with project SOPs, guidelines, inspection requirements and audit documentation.
• Coordinate assessments and certification of trainees.
• Develop employer relationships and ensure effective placement, joining and post‑placement tracking.
• Organise job fairs, placement drives and employer engagement activities.
• Manage Training Centre performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor centre‑wise and team‑wise targets through daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
• Ensure achievement of mobilisation, training, certification and placement KPIs within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with management, clients, government departments, Sector Skill Councils, CSR partners and other stakeholders as required.
• Maintain complete project documentation for monitoring, invoicing, audit and payment purposes.
• Manage multiple centres/locations simultaneously wherever required.
• Take complete ownership of project delivery — from Centre Setup Mobilisation Training Assessment Certification Placement Documentation & Closure.

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Skill Development, Vocational Training, Livelihood or Employment‑linked Training projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience in centre setup, mobilisation, training operations and placement is essential.
• Experience with projects such as PMKVY, DDU‑GKY, State Skill Missions, CSR Skill Development or similar programmes will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of training centre operations, compliance, MIS and project documentation.
• Proven ability to achieve large mobilisation and placement targets.
• Strong network with employers, institutions, mobilisation partners and local stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively and take ownership of multiple centres/projects.
• Candidates should be highly ethical, target‑oriented, disciplined and committed to quality training and genuine placements.
