Job summary

Ampersand Group is seeking a Centre Dean to lead the Skill Development Centre's academic and administrative functions in Maharashtra, India. You will oversee training delivery, learner mobilization, quality assurance, facility management, staff supervision, and placement outcomes while ensuring compliance with organizational and government standards.

The role requires senior-level Experience in education administration, strong Marathi language skills, and a track record of driving student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of academic and administrative experience, preferably in Skill Development/Vocational Training.
• Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, training delivery, assessments, and quality assurance.
• Manage learner mobilization, admissions, and enrollment targets.
• Supervise trainers, administrative staff, and center operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of infrastructure, labs, and training resources.
• Drive placement initiatives and build industry partnerships to improve employment outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, learner performance, attendance, and staff productivity.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth center operations.
