Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in government-funded skill projects and will drive mobilization, training, assessment, certification and placement targets while ensuring quality facilities and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in centre management or government-funded projects.
• Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY or similar schemes preferred.
• Proficient MIS, reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY training centre.
• Achieve targets for mobilization, training, assessment, certification and placement.
• Lead trainers, mobilizers and centre staff; monitor attendance and progress.
• Maintain classrooms, labs and candidate facilities; ensure compliant reporting.
• Maintain MIS, project reports and centre documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY guidelines and SOPs.

About the Role

Menrol Skill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Centre Manager** to manage and oversee the operations of **DDU-GKY skill development and training centres** in Rajasthan and Jharkhand.

The role requires strong experience in training centre management, team leadership, mobilization, candidate management, MIS, compliance and placement coordination.

Candidates with prior experience in DDU-GKY projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the **DDU-GKY training centre**.
• Ensure achievement of targets related to **mobilization, training, assessment, certification and placement**.
• Lead and supervise trainers, mobilizers, MIS and other centre staff.
• Monitor candidate attendance, batch formation, training progress and documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, labs, infrastructure and candidate facilities.
• Maintain accurate **MIS, project reports and centre documentation**.
• Monitor candidate counselling, retention and dropout control.
• Coordinate with project teams, government authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with **DDU-GKY guidelines, project requirements, SOPs and company policies**.
• Conduct regular team meetings and monitor individual and centre-level performance.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and submission of reports.

Preferred Experience
