RDS Digital is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor in Bengaluru to coordinate daily transport operations. You will manage drivers, shift rosters, and vehicle availability to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to safety guidelines.

The role requires 2–5 years in site supervision or transport operations, with strong problem-solving and reporting skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, transport operations, fleet coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in cab services, employee transportation, logistics, or facility operations is an advantage.
• Ability to manage drivers, shift schedules, and daily operational requirements effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure vehicle and driver availability as per assigned schedules.
• Manage driver allocation, shift rosters, attendance, route assignments, and replacements.
• Monitor vehicle reporting times, trip schedules, punctuality, and service quality.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and internal operations teams to resolve delays, complaints, and service issues.
• Maintain records of driver attendance, vehicle availability, trip details, and daily operations.
• Ensure drivers follow safety guidelines, site rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Report vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and documentation follow-ups.
• Support the onboarding and briefing of new drivers on site procedures and service expectations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on attendance, trips, incidents, and operational performance.
