Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage multiple residential projects up to final handover
• Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project execution lifecycle
• Set clear expectations and maintain consistent, transparent communication
• Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions
• Anticipate concerns and address them proactively to ensure a positive client experience
• Ensure all work meets defined design standards and quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular site reviews to maintain consistency in finishes and detailing
• Drive corrective actions where required to uphold final output standards
• Identify concerns and snags early and implement practical solutions on-site
• Ensure material availability and vendor performance align with project timelines
