Job summary

Livspace in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, is seeking an Operations Lead to take complete ownership of project execution from initiation to delivery. You will engage with clients, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure high-quality execution with customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in interior fit-out projects, strong project management skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel. Will work with design and installation teams to meet timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Alternate qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA (RICS/NICMAR).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in executing corporate or residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Engage with clients regularly and provide updates on ongoing, upcoming, and completed activities.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors to ensure timely allocation of resources.
• Foster strong communication and teamwork among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain weekly progress reports and track project milestones.
• Work closely with design professionals and installation teams to ensure execution as per design plans.
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and timelines are maintained throughout execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
