Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Interior Project Manager to independently manage multiple residential interior projects from initiation to handover. The role requires strong execution expertise and experience in leading project teams.

You will coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors, ensure designs, BOQs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, and travel to project sites across Bengaluru as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
• Experience in leading and managing project teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution including civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, modular works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple residential interior projects from initiation to final handover.
• Plan project timelines, manpower, materials, and execution activities.
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Designers, and other execution staff.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved designs, BOQs, quality standards, and company processes.
• Monitor project budgets, material requirements, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, delays, and execution challenges and take corrective action.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and workmanship standards at project sites.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
• Track project MIS, daily/weekly updates, and overall project performance.
• Ensure timely snag closure and smooth project handover to the client.
• Support management in improving project execution processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
• Strong experience in team handling and project team management.
• Proven experience managing multiple interior projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution, including civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, modular, and related works.
• Good understanding of BOQ, project costing, material planning, and timelines.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.
• Excellent vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage project pressure, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
