Job summary

Beforest Lifestyle Solutions Pvt.Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor - Civil to oversee site activities at Bangalore North. The role requires diploma or Civil degree, with internship/experience, excellent English communication, and readiness to work at project sites.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, supervising workers, budget adherence, and safety. Knowledge of MS Office and CAD is advantageous, with flexibility to commute or stay at the project location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate (Civil) (full-time only).
• Site supervisor internship or field experience is necessary.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization.
• Knowledge, exposure to MS Office & CAD will be helpful.
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces.
• Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.
• To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
• Organizing construction materials in time.
• Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
• Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
• To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
• Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
• Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
