Job summary

Earthitects Pvt Ltd invites applications for a Site Engineer role on luxury destination projects. Based out of Coorg with postings to project locations, this full-time, 6-day-per-week, day-shift position offers early ownership and exposure to premium detailing and finishing.

You should have 5–7 years in construction/civil engineering, a civil engineering qualification (Graduate/Diploma), strong English skills, and readiness to relocate or commute to site locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma (Civil) full-time only.
• 5–7 years of construction/civil experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, supervising workers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure project implementation per schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all project stages from preliminary to handing over.
• Organize construction materials in time.
• Manpower reporting of contract labour to the Project Manager.
• Stores in Charge stock inventory maintenance.
• Forward bills on completed work per billing cycle.
• Maintain general safety of employees/workers at site.
• Report project progress updates to senior managers and PM.

About This Role

Location: Based out of Coorg and posted at any of the Earthitects project locations as per requirement

Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift

Desired Applicant Profile

• Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil) (full-time only)
• Minimum 5-7 Years Of Experience In Construction/civil Engineering
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in the organization
• Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
• Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.
• To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
• Organizing construction materials in time.
• Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
• Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
• To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
• Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
• Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
