Earthitects Pvt Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer for luxury destination projects. Based in Coorg, you will oversee construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work aligns with schedules and budgets.

The role calls for a Civil Engineering degree or diploma with 5–7 years of experience, strong English communication, and readiness to relocate to project sites. Accommodation, food, and transport are provided, with fast career progression.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering (full-time)
• 5–7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the organization
• Knowledge of MS Office & CAD is helpful
• High energy levels and physical fitness for indoor/outdoor work
• Ready to commute or stay at project locations as required

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and allocate resources; supervise workers and contractors
• Ensure project is executed per schedule and within budget
• Oversee all project stages from preliminary to handover
• Organize construction materials in a timely manner
• Provide manpower reports to the Project Manager
• Ensure stores maintain stock inventory
• Forward bills on completed work per billing cycle
• Maintain general safety of employees/workers at site
• Report progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager

DESIRED APPLICANT PROFILE:

• Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil) (full-time only)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in the organization
• Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
• Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors.
• To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
• Organizing construction materials in time.
• Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
• Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
• To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
• Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
• Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
