Memory Stones in Kerala is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to oversee end-to-end landscaping projects. The role requires a valid 2-wheeler license, an ITI Civil or Poly Diploma, and proven leadership in field operations.

You will manage crews, ensure safety, coordinate with clients and designers, and maintain quality across sites, with on-site training and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as landscaping supervisor or similar leadership role.
• ITI Civil or Poly Diploma is required.
• Valid 2-wheeler license is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO metric drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

2 wheeler vehicle with license : MUST

Landscaping work experience Preferred.

Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to ensure project alignment.

Crew Management:

Lead and supervise landscaping crews, assigning tasks based on skill sets and project requirements.

Provide on-site training and coaching to crew members on safety procedures, proper techniques, and quality standards.

Monitor crew performance, address performance issues, and provide feedback.

Quality Control:

Regularly inspect work in progress to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

Identify and rectify any quality issues promptly

Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets client expectations.

Material and Equipment Management:

Manage inventory of landscaping materials, including plants, mulch, soil, and hardscaping elements.

Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance.

Plan and schedule deliveries of materials to project sites.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce all safety regulations on the worksite, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conduct regular safety meetings and address any safety concerns raised by crew members.

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

Client Communication:

Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.

Respond to client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a landscaping supervisor or similar field leadership role.

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices, including plant identification, installation, maintenance, and hardscaping techniques.

Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
