Responsibilities

• Ensure work follows approved drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling, painting and related works.
• Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries and usage.
• Check workmanship quality and ensure proper execution.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and liaise with relevant teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of restaurant construction projects from start to completion.

The role involves coordinating and supervising various site activities, contractors, vendors, engineers, and workers to ensure the project is completed on time, as per approved drawings/specifications, and with the required quality and safety standards.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role suitable for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for day‑to‑day project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the restaurant project site.
• Manage site execution from the initial construction stage through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.
• Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, layouts, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate different site activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling, painting, and other related works.
• Monitor manpower, material requirements, deliveries, and material usage.
• Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper execution.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material records.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Experience in restaurant construction, commercial projects, interior fit‑out, or similar projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and workers at site.
• Willingness to work full‑time at project sites in Chennai.
• Ability to take ownership of site activities and work independently.
