Job summary

TheCodingShef is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of mobile applications in production. You will own the reliability of iOS and Android apps, investigate incidents, and implement monitoring via Firebase, Splunk, and Grafana.

Responsibilities include defining SLIs/SLOs, managing release governance, and improving CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or production operations.
• Hands-on support for iOS and Android applications.
• Experience with Firebase tools (Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring).
• Knowledge of API-based architectures and microservices.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
