Job summary

Pineswift Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time role. You will join a 24x7 production support and monitoring team, handling incidents, log analysis, and performance tuning.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in Application Support/SRE, strong Unix, scripting (Shell, Python), and experience with Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, and ITIL/SRE practices. Immediate joiner within 15 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Application Support/SRE/ Troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Unix commands, scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NOSQL.
• Experience in 24x7 support environment and production deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with observability & monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and ITIL/SRE processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Site Reliability Engineer, Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies in Gurugram Location. This role involves providing Application Support 24*7 and monitoring applications

Key Requirement

Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 2-6 years of experience in Application Support/ SRE/ Troubleshooting

Technical Skills

• Must have 2 years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support / SRE
• Should be ready to work in a 24 X 7 support environment
• Working knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, Microservices and tunning of services.
• Must be hands on with Unix Commands, Scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NOSQL
• Ability to write basic SQL, Mongo queries.
• Must have L1, L2 support, SMEs in any technology operations environment that practices ITIL and SRE principle
• Must be hands on with observability & Monitoring tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Production application support, analysing logs, network debugging, API calls (Restful, SOAP) , thread dumps, heap dumps etc.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Awareness of Release, Change, Problem and Incident management processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is must
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Must be knowledge of deployment on Production.
