Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, production support, incident management, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should possess a reliability-first mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands‑on experience managing large-scale production environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure and/or GCP
• Expertise in Kubernetes (AKS/GKE)
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or NodeJS
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace
• Strong incident management, production support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience
• Understanding of SLI, SLO, Error Budgets, and SRE best practices

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code frameworks
• Manage Kubernetes-based workloads and cloud infrastructure
• Define and track SLI/SLO metrics and reliability objectives
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and performance
• Participate in on‑call support and production troubleshooting activities
