Job summary

Galaxy i Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team across multiple Indian locations, including Bangalore. The role focuses on building reliable, scalable infrastructure, managing production Kubernetes environments, and driving incident response and post-mortem processes.

You will own the monitoring stack (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring SLIs/SLOs are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Experience building reliable, scalable infrastructure in production Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for production workloads.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and related tooling.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
