Job summary

Changepond Technologies Limited is seeking a senior DevOps leader to oversee day-to-day operations and drive SAFe practices within the Operations team.

You will translate business and technical requirements into efficient operational solutions, ensure infrastructure stability, and collaborate with development, management, and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in DevOps, 5+ years supporting production systems, and 3+ years of leadership within SAFe, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• 5+ years supporting business-critical production systems.
• 3+ years in leadership SAFe framework.

What You Bring

• Proven 10+ year experience as a DevOps engineer with fluency in at least two programming languages Linux
• Proven 5+ year experience supporting business-critical production systems
• Proven 3+ year experience in leadership SAFe framework
• A solid understanding of the Index sector or Financial markets/trading experience, including related business processes
• Excellent communications in English, presentation and inter-personal skills
