Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, client success, business operations, or ETS operations.
• Strong background in leading teams and managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English for diverse stakeholder communication.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, escalations, and professional presentations.
• Working knowledge of transport technology, MIS, and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ETS operations including fleet prep, route planning, safety protocols, and SLA adherence.
• Supervise Shift Leads to guarantee seamless transportation logistics for login/logout cycles.
• Serve as main point of contact for enterprise clients, managing stakeholder interactions and escalations.
• Utilize MoveInSync, RouteMatic and ETS platforms to optimize operations.
• Facilitate business reviews with B2B clients focusing on cost efficiency and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet Management, Product, Safety, Finance and Commercial teams.

Summary

The organization is recruiting a Site Lead to oversee comprehensive Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations at the Hyderabad Kondapur location. This onsite position requires a six-day work week with a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST. The role is critical for managing fleet logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients. The initial contract spans 12 months, with a preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ETS operations, including fleet preparation, route planning, safety protocols, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Supervise Shift Leads to guarantee seamless transportation logistics for employee login and logout cycles.
• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, managing stakeholder interactions and resolving escalations effectively.
• Utilize transportation technology platforms such as MoveInSync, RouteMatic, and ETS systems to optimize operations.
• Facilitate business reviews with B2B corporate clients, focusing on cost efficiency, process enhancements, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Operations, Fleet Management, Product, Safety, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 7 to 8 years of professional experience in B2B sales, key account management, client success, business operations, or ETS operations.
• Demonstrate a strong background in leading teams and managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
• Exhibit fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Display advanced skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, handling escalations, and delivering professional presentations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of transport technology, management information systems (MIS), and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

* Salary: Up to ₹85,000 NTH per month
