• Experience rostering, fleet deployment, vendor relations, and high-volume logistics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and escalation management.
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Strong Excel/ Google Sheets reporting and MIS analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design, sequence, and optimize travel routes while managing vehicle assignments and driver scheduling.
• Track live trips in real time to address delays, failures, absences, and demand spikes.
• Ensure compliance with OTA/OTD service standards.
• Facilitate communication between fleet partners, drivers, security, and client transport teams.
• Supervise vehicle readiness, GPS tracking, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Generate shift-specific MIS reports and perform root-cause analysis of disruptions.

Shift Lead – Employee Transportation Services (ETS)

Summary

We are seeking six highly experienced professionals to serve as Shift Leads for our Employee Transportation Services (ETS) in Hyderabad, specifically within the Kondapur area. This onsite role operates on a six-day work week, covering the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST. The primary objective of this position is to oversee critical ground operations, ensuring seamless vehicle allocation, route optimization, and strict adherence to service level agreements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ETS logistics, utilizing specialized tools like MoveInSync or RouteMatic to manage real-time transportation challenges and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of employee transportation, including shift handovers and login/logout coordination.
• Design, sequence, and optimize travel routes while managing vehicle assignments and driver scheduling.
• Track live trips in real-time to promptly address issues such as delays, mechanical failures, driver absences, and unexpected demands.
• Guarantee compliance with On-Time Arrival and Departure (OTA/OTD) service standards.
• Facilitate seamless communication between fleet partners, drivers, security personnel, and client transport teams.
• Supervise vehicle readiness, utilization rates, GPS tracking, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Generate shift-specific management information system (MIS) reports and perform root-cause analysis on any service disruptions.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 7 to 8 years of direct experience in ETS or employee transportation operations.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in route planning and optimization strategies.
• Hold mandatory working knowledge of MoveInSync and/or RouteMatic platforms.
• Show proven capability in rostering, fleet deployment, vendor relations, and managing high-volume logistics.
• Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder engagement and managing escalations effectively.
• Be fully fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Maintain a solid command of Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and MIS analysis.

Preferred Experience

• Background in managing night shifts or 24/7 transportation services within the BPO, IT, or ITES sectors.
• Experience overseeing fleet partner relationships, ensuring safety compliance, and leading transport technology transitions.
• Proven track record in supervising ground coordinators and fleet supervisors.
