Job summary

Garden Of Joy Bengaluru is seeking a site execution professional to manage day-to-day on-site activities for assigned projects.

You will coordinate with civil contractors, vendors, horticulture team and other agencies to ensure smooth project delivery, supervise flooring, drainage, waterproofing, masonry and irrigation works, and ensure work aligns with drawings and BOQ.

Regular site inspections, progress tracking, and accurate measurements for billing will be part of your responsibilities.

• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and timelines.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues, delays and quality concerns.
• Check measurements and quantities of completed work for billing and contractor payments.
