Responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution activities for high‑rise building projects from foundation to finishing stage.
• Coordinate and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports for management.
• Manage site planning, material requirement, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety standards as per statutory and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and client representatives.
• Review contractor bills, measurements, and work certifications.
• Troubleshoot site‑level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approvals.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within budget.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in high‑rise building construction projects.
• Proven experience in RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and site execution practices.
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and large workforce.
