Job summary

Phenom is seeking an experienced Site HSE professional to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance for the site operations. The role involves developing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing training to employees and contractors to maintain a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, 10+ years in a similar role, and CSP designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is required.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar Site HSE role.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
