Job summary

KSR Realty is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with mandatory plotted development project exposure to oversee site execution, infrastructure development, quality, and progress. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires a civil engineering degree (Diploma or BE/BTech), 3-7 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-7 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Mandatory experience in plotted development / layout projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for plotted development projects.
• Monitor land development, site levelling, road formation, drainage, stormwater systems and other infrastructure works.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specs and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour teams.
• Monitor material requirements, site resources and work progress.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate surveying, marking, measurements and plot demarcation activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement records and site documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Ensure project activities are completed within approved timeline and budget.
