Reliable Realties is seeking a Site Engineer with 3–5 years of real estate construction experience. You will supervise activities, monitor progress and quality, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants from the Navi Mumbai area.

The candidate must have excellent English, Hindi, and Marathi communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to coordinate with senior management. Employment is full-time with incentives based on performance.

Formación

Reliable Realties is looking for a skilled, professional, and well-presented Site Engineer with prior real estate construction experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a sophisticated personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and labour attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials to minimize delays and wastage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate construction is mandatory.
• Candidates from non-real-estate backgrounds will not be considered.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary Budget: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month + Incentives
• Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Additional incentives based on performance and company policy.
