Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee WTP, STP, ETP and RO projects. The role involves supervising installation, ensuring conformance to drawings and schedules, and coordinating with contractors and clients on daily site activities.

You will inspect materials, ensure proper equipment installation, resolve technical issues, and contribute to safety, documentation, and progress reporting at the project site.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pumps, blowers, dosing systems, filtration systems, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, UF, and RO treatment processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and layout drawings.
• Preparation of Piping BOQ for the STP, WTP, RO, UF as per the site or approved drawings.
• Experience-3 years

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, piping, related to WTP, STP, ETP, and RO systems.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor project progress and report status to the Manager.
• Inspect materials and equipment received at site.
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of pumps, blowers, tanks, pipelines, valves, and treatment equipment.
• Resolve technical issues arising during execution.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards at the project site.
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation (Manuals,DLP Letter, Checklist).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and work permits.
• Coordinate billing measurements and work completion reports.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and work permits.
