Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential projects.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Architect, Structural Consultant, and MEP teams.
• Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage contractors, labors, and subcontractors at site.
• Ensure material procurement planning, quality checking, and optimum utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site.
• Handle site measurements, billing, and documentation.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct quality checks for civil works, finishing, and waterproofing.
