Job summary

Triver Integrated Services in Kerala is seeking a capable project manager to oversee interior, civil and MEP projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in engineering, interiors, or similar.
• 2–5 years of experience in managing projects or facilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and execution of interior / civil / MEP projects
• Drawing up work schedules for projects and adhering to the same in consultation with clients and sub-contractors
• Completing the projects as per schedule and good quality
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor and site teams
• Working with contractors, procurement team to organise men and materials
• Preparing final measurements and other documents
