Job summary

Smartmart Recruitment Mumbai invites an experienced professional to lead end-to-end civil and interior execution in Mumbai. With 12-15+ years in project delivery, you will supervise site works, coordinate with architects and vendors, monitor budgets and quality, and drive timely handovers per approved drawings.

The role demands strong leadership, risk management, and hands-on execution across interiors, civil works, MEP coordination, and compliance with safety standards on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end civil and interior project execution per approved designs and timelines.
• Plan, schedule and monitor activities to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise civil, interior, finishing and related construction works at sites.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Ensure work meets drawings and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including allocations and performance.
• Identify risks, delays and technical issues; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor budgets, quantities, material usage and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance。
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, snagging and handover.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS and project updates for management.
• Ensure interior finishes, civil works, MEP coordination and handover activities.
• Resolve site-level execution issues efficiently.
