Job summary

Dezine Di Lusso Llp in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a site coordinator to supervise civil and interior works, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, site team, consultants, architects, MEPs, subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong coordination, reading drawings, and proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out execution.
• Understanding of drawings, BOQs and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing and site practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

To coordinate and monitor the day-to-day execution of civil and interior works at site, ensuring activities are planned and completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule and commercial requirements. The role involves close coordination between the Project Manager, site execution team, consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors and vendors.
