Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, execute, and manage civil and interior works, including MEP services, from planning through completion.
• Study and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and working drawings, and ensure their proper implementation at the site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and user departments to ensure timely execution of works.
• Monitor project progress with respect to quality, timelines, safety, and budget.
• Verify measurements, bills, BOQs, and work completion in accordance with approved specifications and contract conditions.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and facilitate smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
• Prepare & maintain documentation, and obtain necessary approvals for execution and completion of works.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects while maintaining the desired quality standards.
