Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Familiarity with site safety practices, quality control, and technical documentation.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and other engineering tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue resolution on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor material requirements, equipment usage, and manpower allocation at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities as per project requirements.
• Maintain site documentation, work records, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
