Job summary

Kinjal Construction in Mumbai seeks a site finishing supervisor to oversee finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. You will read architectural and MEP drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on track.

The role emphasizes ensuring quality, safety compliance and timely completion while managing daily progress reports, material records and manpower planning at the site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works per approved drawings and specs.
• Manage plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, ceilings.
• Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material records.
• Plan and manage manpower and material requirements.
• Verify contractor bills per actual progress and BOQ.
• Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and snag lists.
• Supervise site staff and report progress to Project Manager.
