About the Role

The Site Engineer handles measurements, technical coordination, drawing/site mismatch checks, installation feasibility, and quality verification.

This role supports project managers and site supervisors with technical decisions, dimension checks, documentation, and installation readiness.

The role is full-time, on-site from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday‑Saturday, 10 AM‑7 PM.

Responsibilities

Validate Measurements

Check dimensions, levels, fixing details, site constraints, and installation readiness accurately.

Resolve Drawing/Site Mismatches

Identify mismatches between drawings and actual site conditions and support practical technical decisions.

Verify Quality

Support feasibility checks, quality verification, documentation, and technical closure for installations.

Requirements

Experience around 2 years is useful review context for this role. Applicants below that level can still apply; the hiring team reviews role fit, ownership, communication, and transferable experience together.

Measurement Accuracy

Strong accuracy while taking measurements, checking levels, and validating site conditions.

Drawing Understanding

Ability to read drawings, spot mismatches, and explain technical constraints to execution teams.

Site Execution Exposure

Exposure to live site work, installation constraints, quality checks, or vendor coordination.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facade, construction products, or premium architectural products is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
• Experience with railing, window, aluminium, glass, facade, fabrication, or construction detailing.
• Comfort using measurement sheets, drawings, site photos, and digital documentation tools.
