About the Role

The Project Manager owns project delivery from measurement and site readiness through installation closure.

This role connects clients, site teams, vendors, production, and office teams so timelines, materials, drawings, measurements, quality, and handover stay under control.

The role is full‑time, on‑site from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday‑Saturday, 10 AM‑7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Delivery

  Drive projects from measurement/site readiness through installation, quality checks, and closure.

• Coordinate Stakeholders

  Coordinate clients, site supervisors, engineers, vendors, production, and office teams with clear follow‑up.

• Track Blockers and Handover

  Track timelines, blockers, material readiness, drawings, measurements, quality concerns, and final handover.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is useful. Applicants with less experience can still apply; the hiring team evaluates fit, ownership, communication, and transferable experience.
• Project/Site Coordination Experience – Strong daily follow‑up habits, written reporting, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
• Multiple Active Sites – Comfort managing several live projects or workstreams without losing details.
• Clear Reporting – Ability to report timelines, blockers, material status, quality issues, and next actions clearly.
• Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in building materials, windows, railings, facades, construction products, or premium architectural products.
  • Experience coordinating drawings, measurements, installation teams, or handover checklists.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, messaging tools, CRM/project trackers, or AI tools to organize follow‑ups.
