Job summary

Ekdanta Developers Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced RCC Supervisor to manage high-rise residential construction. You will supervise footings, columns, beams, slabs, and core structures, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and timelines.

Role requires reading structural drawings, performing QC, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining safety and quality at site. Thane/Mumbai residents preferred; readiness to join within 15–20 days is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in RCC construction for high-rise buildings
• Ability to read structural drawings and BBS
• Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and QC processes
• Familiarity with construction materials and testing procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC works including footings, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, cores, and structural elements.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, alignment, and dimensions before concreting.
• Ensure execution is per structural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and surveyors.
• Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and cube testing.
• Maintain site safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Check BBS, reinforcement quantities, and material requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Resolve site-level issues with consultant guidance.
• Ensure activities progress per schedule.

Responsible for supervising and executing RCC works for high-rise residential construction, ensuring structural work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise RCC works including footings, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, cores, and structural elements.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, alignment, and dimensions before concreting.
• Ensure execution is strictly as per structural drawings and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, consultants, contractors, and surveyors.
• Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and cube testing.
• Ensure proper quality, safety, and workmanship at site.
• Check BBS, reinforcement quantities, and material requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-level structural execution issues in coordination with the consultant.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise building execution.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BBS.
• Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and quality control.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.

Candidates must reside in Thane or Mumbai location.
