Job summary

Unitop Aquacare is seeking a BE-chemical/ mechanical engineer with 0-2 years of experience. The role focuses on understanding BEP packages (P&ID, PFD, Mass Flow Diagrams) and working across civil, fabrication, and mechanical erection activities.

The candidate will gain exposure to commissioning of complex equipment and must be willing to travel across India. The position requires readiness to work at various project sites and client locations, ensuring adherence to safety and technical standards

Qualifications

• BE/Engineering degree required with chemical or mechanical specialization.
• Understanding of P&ID, PFD, and mass flow diagrams is essential.
• Experience with commissioning and plant equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at client/site locations across India.

Responsibilities

• Understand BEP including P&ID, PFD, Mass Flow Diagrams.
• Familiar with GA Drawings for civil and fabrication works.
• Oversee structural, equipment, and piping erection processes.
• Participate in commissioning and related plant equipment (evaporator, crystallizer, centrifuge, ATFD, etc.).

Role & responsibilities

1. Proficient in understanding BEP (Basic Engineering Package) including P&ID, PFD, Mass Flow Diagrams, etc.

2. Familiarity with GA (General Arrangement) Drawings for Civil and Fabrication works.

3. Competent in structural, equipment, and piping erection processes.

4. Experienced in commissioning and knowledgeable about Multiple Effect Evaporator, Crystallizer, Pusher Centrifuge, ATFD, Stripper, Mechanical Vapor Re-compressor, and Caustic Recovery Plant.

Skilled in troubleshooting with a keen analytical ability.
