Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years of site execution experience in residential/commercial projects.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved quality, safety, and statutory standards.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution, smooth site operations, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
  
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices at the site.
  
• Monitor material requirements, quality, consumption, and minimize wastage.
  
• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation using construction software.
  
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and approved construction standards.
  
• Support project cost control through efficient utilization of resources.
  
• Manage manpower, machinery, and site resources effectively.
  
• Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
  
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders during site visits and inspections.
  

Requirements

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction site execution.
  
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is preferred.
  
• Male.
  
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  
• Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
  
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
  
• Good material planning and resource management skills.
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  
• Good planning, time management, and reporting skills.
  
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
  
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn and use construction/project management software with training.
