CURRENT GROWTH PHASE: Earthitects has successfully delivered projects in Wayanad and is currently executing large-scale premium farmhouse developments in Coorg and Kabini, with further expansion underway. As we scale, we are building a strong professional construction team supported by structured systems, performance-driven culture, and long-term leadership opportunities.

Location: Based out of Coorg and posted at any of the Earthitects project locations as per requirement

CTC: 30-35K based on experience and knowledge

Desire Applicant Profile

• Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Civil) (full-time only)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in the organization
• Knowledge, exposure to MS Office & CAD will be helpful
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
• Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company

Responsibilities

• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors
• To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over
• Organizing construction materials in time
• Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager
• Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
• To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle
• Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
• Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager
