Role Overview

As An Architect, You Will Be Responsible For

• h) Research and Design - Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research. Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.
• i) Working Drawings - Prepare detailed error‑free working drawings as per company template and specifications. Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC drawings.
• j) Co‑ordination with External agencies - Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings. Perform extensive market research for new technologies and materials and coordinate with vendors to obtain product information and competitive quotes.
• k) Project Management - Maintain the project management master file of allotted projects through regular meetings with the Site Engineer to oversee progress and maintain the schedule of construction.
• l) Conduct timely Site visits - To check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the GFC drawings, to address bottlenecks and doubts.
• m) Problem Solving - Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction by providing innovative solutions.
