Job summary

Joyalukkas is seeking a Project Engineer/Site Engineer to lead site execution across Kochi and other cities. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure adherence to drawings, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires 6–10 years of civil site experience, a B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering, and strong coordination and reporting skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is expected. Location: Kochi and other regions in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering.
• 6–10 years of site execution experience in commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
• Identify site issues proactively and implement corrective measures.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
