Job summary

SRI Ramasamy Memorial Holdings in Chennai seeks a Site Engineer Civil with 7+ years of experience to oversee execution of residential and institutional projects. You will coordinate with architects, review GFC drawings, and ensure adherence to IS standards, quality, time, and budget.

The role requires ensuring BOQs are aligned, guiding procurement for tenders, certifying bills, and maintaining smooth cash flow to complete projects on schedule.

• Coordinate with the architect and ensure BOQ specifications are shared through drawings and forwarded to contractor for execution
• Ensure contractors follow specifications, latest GFC drawings, and quality targets within time and budget
• Coordinate to ensure all BOQs are received and shared with procurement for tendering and timely award of jobs
• Certify bills as per agreed work order timelines to maintain smooth cash flow for timely project completion
• Ensure samples meet approved makes and test results per IS standards and tender conditions

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinating with the architect to ensure the latest GFC drawings are being followed for execution of work.
• Coordinating with the architect and ensure the specification as mentioned in the boq are shared through drawing and is being forwarded to contractor for execution
• Ensuring the contractors are following the specification , latest GFC drawing, and executing it without any compromise on quality, time and budget
• Coordinating with the architect ensure that all boqs are received and shared with the procurement for floating the tender and award of job within the agreed time frame.
• Certification of bills as per agreed work order timelines and ensure smooth cash flow is maintained to complete the project on time.
• Ensuring all samples are as per approved makes and test results are obtained and matched to the agreed parameters and ensured that quality is not compromised and work is executed as per IS standards and tender conditions

Desired profile:

• Site Engineer Civil Candidates can be with minimum 7 + years of experience in handling residential complexes /high end villa projects / institutional projects with the current role
