Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–7 years of site engineering experience required.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Construction Projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
• Ability to manage manpower and contractors.
• MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Site Workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and work progress at the site.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
• Monitor civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, structural works, and other project activities.
• Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Identify site issues and provide suitable solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain site records, work reports, photographs, and documentation.
• Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
