Job summary

Paramount Constructions in Chennai seeks a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to independently supervise and execute construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, quality, safety and schedules. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supervising medium to large civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.
• Knowledge of material quantities, BOQ items and calculations.
• Familiarity with project planning and site documentation.
• Good MS Excel and basic CAD tool skills.
• Strong safety awareness and site discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site activities as per drawings, specs, quality and safety requirements.

• Interpret drawings for technical coordination across teams.

Job Objective:

To independently supervise and execute civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site labour, subcontractors, materials and daily construction activities on medium to large-scale civil projects.
