Job summary

Vibrant Homes is seeking an on-site Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specs, quality standards and safety regulations.

The role involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors and vendors, inspecting sites, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining detailed progress documentation. Travel and on-site work are required as per project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and site management protocols.

• Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

• Address client concerns and ensure project alignment with their expectations.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.
