Job summary

Abitech Foundation is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead finishing works for a multistorey building. The role requires strong on-site execution and the ability to coordinate diverse teams, subcontractors, and multiple finishing activities simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Candidates should oversee masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling works, doors/windows, waterproofing, and related tasks while aligning with drawings, specs, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Civil Engineer with finishing works for multistorey buildings.
• Strong site execution skills and ability to coordinate teams and contractors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete finishing works including masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors/windows, waterproofing, and other related works.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, measurements, and daily progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
